How to make a Meat Loaf Recipe #homemade meat loaf #meat loaf #becca’s shoppe

What you need!

1 lb ground beef (93% lean, 7% fat)

1 egg beaten 1 cup plain bread crumbs

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 cup stewed tomatoes-Italian recipe

4 tbs cup tomato paste

1/2 cup milk 1 tsp olive oil

1 clove of garlic, minced

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

3 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper

3 tbsp finely chopped green bell pepper

3 tbsp shredded carrot

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp oregano leaves (optional)

1 tbsp parsley

Topping 1/2 cup ketchup

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Make it!

Over medium heat, saute garlic and onions.

Set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all meat loaf ingredients.

Pre-greased baking pan.

Shape meat mixture into a loaf into the pre-grease baking pan.

Pressing edges to seal.

Smooth the top.

Preheat the oven.

Bake for 1 hour at 350F.

Remove meat loaf from the oven, let rest for 10 minutes.

Spread the glaze evenly on top of the meat loaf.

Transfer to a serving platter.

Slice and serve.
