What you need!

1 lb ground beef (93% lean, 7% fat)

1 egg beaten 1 cup plain bread crumbs

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 cup stewed tomatoes-Italian recipe

4 tbs cup tomato paste

1/2 cup milk 1 tsp olive oil

1 clove of garlic, minced

1/3 cup finely chopped onion

3 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper

3 tbsp finely chopped green bell pepper

3 tbsp shredded carrot

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp oregano leaves (optional)

1 tbsp parsley

Topping 1/2 cup ketchup

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

Make it!

Over medium heat, saute garlic and onions.

Set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all meat loaf ingredients.

Pre-greased baking pan.

Shape meat mixture into a loaf into the pre-grease baking pan.

Pressing edges to seal.

Smooth the top.

Preheat the oven.

Bake for 1 hour at 350F.

Remove meat loaf from the oven, let rest for 10 minutes.

Spread the glaze evenly on top of the meat loaf.

Transfer to a serving platter.

Slice and serve.

What you need!

1 Lb Beef tenderloin, cut into strips

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 cup brocolli florets

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup water

Make it!

Place broccoli florets in the steam basket.

Pour water into the pressure cooker pot.

Turn pressure cooker to “Steam”.

Place steam basket.

When pressure cooker is done steaming, quick release the pressure cooker.

Set the broccoli aside.

To a mixing bowl, add broth (chicken or beef)

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and cornstarch.

Stir until well combined.

In a medium bowl or pan, add the beef.

Pour sauce mixture enough to cover and marinate for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, Manually turn pressure cooker to “Saute”.

Add olive oil.

Place marinated beef and saute until cooked through.

Add minced garlic.

Pour in remaining sauce to provide plenty of flavor.

Keep stirring until the sauce thickens.

Manually turn off (“Cancel”) the pressure cooker.

Remove the beef and arrange in a serving platter.

Garnish with steamed broccoli.

Serve immediately! Enjoy!

What you Need!
1 Lb medium size shrimp

1 Tbsp butter3 Cloves of garlic, minced

1 Tbsp minced ginger

1 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup Chile Sauce

1 stem green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Make it!

Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

Brown garlic and set aside.

Saute minced ginger.

Add shrimp, stir until color change to lovely pinkish-red color.

Add pineapple juice.

Season with salt and black ground pepper.

Bring to high heat, continue stirring until juice thickens.

Add Chile sauce.

Reduce the heat to medium low and keep stirring until well combined.

Turn off the heat.Remove shrimp and arrange in a serving platter.

Top with browned garlic and green onions.

Serve immediately and Enjoy!

2 cups elbow macaroni

uncooked 12 oz Velveeta

Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

1/3 cup evaporated milk

Salt and Ground black pepper to taste


1. Cook macaroni in a large saucepan as directed on package; drain well. (I used Kitchen HQ AutoLifting MultiFunctional IntelliPot )

2.Transfer to another saucepan.

3. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook on low heat until cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.

There are several variations of chicken chow mein.

This Chow Mein recipe is just better than what you get at your favorite Chinese restaurant. Home made with lean chicken, (no antibiotics), fresh vegetables and flavorful tender noodles.


1 16 oz Excellent Pancit Canton Noodles

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

2 Tbsp olive oil

3 cups thinly sliced cabbage

1 small carrot, julienned

2/3 cups spring onions, chopped (separate the green and white part)

3 garlic cloves, minced

3 Tbsp Silver Swan Special Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp corn starch

Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste


1. Add chicken to a bowl and combine with corn starch. Set aside.

2. Prepare noodles according to directions on the package.

3. Drain and set asideHeat oil in a wok, over medium high heat, Fry garlic until golden brown and fragrant.

4. Add chicken , saute until cooked through.

5. Place the carrots and onions (white part) in. Saute for 2 minutes.

6. Add remaining veggies, saute until veggies are all crisp tender.

7. Add the noodles in. Season with salt , pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice over top and toss to coat.

8. Plate and garnish with onions (green part). Serve warm and enjoy!




Ingredients: 6 crispy tostadas (tostadas caseras)

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 cup cucumber, diced 1 avocado, diced 1 cup tomato, diced

1 cup radish, diced

1 cup red onion, diced

1 lemon, juiced 1 lime, juiced 1/4 cup taco seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped salt and black pepper to taste 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped (optional)


In a bowl, combine the diced cucumber, radish , avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, serrano chile.

Squeezed lime juice and lemon juice to vegetable salad and season with salt and black pepper.

Marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Chop the shrimps and transfer to a bowl.

Pour olive oil to a medium pan over low heat.

Add the shrimps and cook for 10 minutes.

Add taco seasoning, stir and combine well.

Let it cool.

Turn off the stove.

Toss the romaine lettuce, topped with the vegetable salad, shrimp onto the tostada and serve.
